These terms govern your use of Fitlyn, operated by S3F Technologies. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Fitlyn helps you catalog your wardrobe, get outfit suggestions, preview virtual try-ons, and optionally auto-import purchases via Gmail. Some features require an account; some are limited to a free trial and require a paid subscription afterward.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fitlyn to upload content you don't have the right to use, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
Virtual try-on disclaimer
Try-on previews are AI-generated approximations for illustrative purposes only. They are not guaranteed to accurately represent fit, sizing, color, or how a garment will actually look on you.
Third-party retailer content
Product information and images from connected retailers belong to those retailers. Fitlyn is not affiliated with and does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party retailer listings.
Subscriptions
Free trial usage limits are described in-app. Paid plans, once purchased, are billed through our payment providers under the terms shown at checkout.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
Fitlyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
